QLD QUEENS WHARF, Axis Plumbing

Queens Wharf

Axis Plumbing QLD on behalf of Multiplex undertook the hydraulic services scope for both Part A & B works for the Queens Wharf project, including the integrated Casino Resort from levels B5 to level 7 podium, the main services risers throughout the towers1, 2, & 3 including connecting works on the Skydeck level 26 which joins all three towers.

To support the project, Axis had an in-house design and project support team consisting of around 12 personnel. Their efforts resulted in the installation of more than 65 kilometers of hydraulic services throughout the complex. This extensive work required a significant workforce, with over 350,000-man hours spent by Axis workers, and at the peak of construction, 110 plumbers were on-site simultaneously.

The extensive hydraulic services scope consisted of:

  • Stormwater drainage and pumps
  • Siphonic and rainwater reuse systems
