Gallery House
Gallery House is located in the blue-chip suburb of Hamilton, adjacent to the vibrant Portside Wharf precinct featuring restaurants, a cinema and boutiques. The development is close to bus and ferry connections, and is approximately 15 minutes from the Brisbane CBD.
The development comprises 315 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, with amazing views of the river and Brisbane CBD. Residents enjoy a shared rooftop infinity pool and outdoor barbecue area, a communal garden and ground floor retail.
Axis Plumbing QLD delivered the hydraulic services package which was inclusive of the stormwater drainage and pumps, siphonic and rainwater reuse systems, sewer drainage and pumps, grease and tradewaste systems, sanitary plumbing and fixtures, natural gas service potable and non potable water services, fire services water supply, fire hydrant and hose reel systems

Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct Stage Two
The Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct Stage Two is located at Millers Road, Spring Creek, about 12 kilometres north-east of Gatton and 100 kilometres south-west of Brisbane in the Lockyer Valley. Stage Two involves the construction of a new 1,500-cell, high security facility for male prisoners in Gatton.
The Queensland Government declared that this new correctional centre will adopt a ‘health and rehabilitation’ operating model, with the aim of supporting safer communities through enhanced mental health and drug and alcohol rehabilitation services for prisoners, with a particular focus on addressing the ice epidemic and its link to violent and property crime.
Axis Plumbing QLD will deliver the hydraulic services package during over 220,000 man hours over the course of the project, which is inclusive of:
- Amplification of external services
- Stormwater drainage and pumps
- Sewer drainage and pumps
- Greasewaste drainage and pit
- Tradewaste drainage and pit
- Monitored water management system.
- Infrastructure pipework for onsite sewerage treatment plant.
- All sanitary plumbing and associated fixtures
- Fire services water supply, hydrant and hose reel system
- Prefabricated combined services risers, meters and valves
- Potable cold water service and pumps
- Non potable water service, tanks and pumps
- Domestic hot water service tanks and pumps

Queens Wharf
Axis Plumbing QLD on behalf of Multiplex undertook the hydraulic services scope for both Part A & B works for the Queens Wharf project, including the integrated Casino Resort from levels B5 to level 7 podium, the main services risers throughout the towers1, 2, & 3 including connecting works on the Skydeck level 26 which joins all three towers.
To support the project, Axis had an in-house design and project support team consisting of around 12 personnel. Their efforts resulted in the installation of more than 65 kilometers of hydraulic services throughout the complex. This extensive work required a significant workforce, with over 350,000-man hours spent by Axis workers, and at the peak of construction, 110 plumbers were on-site simultaneously.
The extensive hydraulic services scope consisted of:
- Incoming Services (Gas, Potable Water, Sewer and Stormwater Connections)
- Stormwater drainage and pumps
- Siphonic and rainwater reuse systems
- Sewer drainage and pumps
- Sanitary plumbing and associated fixtures
- Tradewaste including DAF unit and grey water treatment plant.
- All pressure services including, potable and non-potable cold water, hot water, and warm water and the associated pumps and tanks.
- Prefabricated combined services risers, meters and valves
- Natural gas services
- Water treatment including filtration
- Fire services hydrant and hose reels
- TMV’s and monitoring systems
BUDGET – $54 MILLION

310 Anne St
310 Anne st project consisted of a full refurbishment of the existing18 levels of office space, with new amenities and future fitout capabilities for all levels.

FV Flatiron
FV Flatiron is residential icon in the heart of fortitude Valley Brisbane. The development includes a total of 651 units over 2 uniquely designed towers. Its facilities include 3 pools, cinema ,Gym Yoga studio, casual dining and bar areas.

Aveo is an aged facility consisting of
- 99 bed fully assisted aged care over 2 levels
- Commercial office tenancy
- 49 assisted living apartments over 3 levels
- 142 independent living apartments over 9 levels.

Adina Hotel
The Adina apartment Hotel is a refurbishment of an old existing heritage listed building. previously a bank : in the heart of Brisbane city.
This project entailed a full refurbishment of the existing 10 levels and an addition of another 4 new levels to total 220 studio and apartment rooms, Indoor Pool, Gymnasium. Restaurants and Bars.

Westfield Carindale shopping centre
Westfield Carindale was a 2 stage major refurbishment and addition to the existing shopping centre which all took place over a period of 22 months. This consisted of the relocation of the major retailers, such as Woolworths, Coles Target and Kmart, as well as the Carindale Hotel, and an additional 110 retail tenancies, all situated in a brand new modern 5 star green star designed building.

Green Square North Tower
Green Square North Tower consisted of approximately 24,000 m2 of office space over 12 levels and 600m2 of retail space. Axis Plumbing Qld provided a 6 Star Green star Hydraulics Design and upon completion the building was acknowledge by the Green Council.

Gatton Prison
Axis Plumbing on Behalf of Baulderstone undertook the hydraulic services on the The Southern Queensland Correctional Precinct (Gatton SQCP) 300-bed prison, including two secure accommodation cell block units to accommodate the 104 high security prisoners, and nine residential accommodation blocks to accommodate the remaining 196 prisoners.
Other buildings constructed within the secure centre include administration, kitchen, laundry, workshops, bulk store and medical centre. Located outside the perimeter of the correctional centre are a visitor processing building, staff amenities and training facility, dog squad building and a number of central facilities buildings for services such as energy and wastewater treatment. This was also to be the first correctional centre to implement sustainable practices across the design, construction and operational phases of the project.

ABC Brisbane Accommodation Project
ABC decided to amalgamate all of their separate offices locate all over Brisbane to the one new building designed to accommodate every facet of their organisation.
This consisted of TV and Radio broadcasting, post production facilities, A full size orchestra rehearsal Hall, music practice studios and large open plan office space.
Axis Plumbing were responsible for a 6 Star Green star full design ,with a rainwater storage and re-use system to facilitate maximum water conservation.
