Reece joined the Axis Plumbing NSW team in 2007 as an Estimator. He was promoted to Project Manager end 2008 and relocated to Victoria in 2009 as Construction Manager, where he spent 4 years developing the business and undertaking large scale projects such as the Victorian Desalination Plant.
Reece returned to the NSW business in 2012 as a Project Manager and over the past 8 years has worked within multiple sectors of the industry on projects including Charles Perkins Centre (University of Sydney) and the Norwest Rapid Transit (NRT) project which is the first stage of Sydney Metro – Australia’s biggest public transport project and a priority infrastructure investment for the NSW Government.
In 2019 Reece accepted the Construction Manager’s roll with Axis Services VIC. Reece has 18 years’ experience within the VIC/NSW commercial plumbing industry.
Doug joined the Axis Services Group in 2017 as the General Manager – Victoria.
Doug has over 32 years of experience in the Building Services Industry and comes to Axis from AE Smith & Sons where he held the position of General Manager Victoria Cosntruction
He has held Senior Management roles throughout his career and overseen may projects of varying scope including with PA Hospital Brisbane CEP, Palazzo Versace Hotel & Condominiums (6 Star) – Gold Coast, Q1Surfers Paradise, Brisbane International Terminal Expansion and more recently Mackay Base Hospital, Brisbane Supreme Court, Albany Hospital, QUT SciTech Project and Energex Headquarters – Newstead (6 Star Greenstar and achieved 5.5 Star NABERS Rating).

Steve joined Axis Plumbing in 2013 as the General Manager of Axis Plumbing VIC.
Steve commenced in the construction industry in 1987 and is a qualified plumber. During his career Steve has held various positions including owning and operating a commercial hydraulics business for a period of 9 years.
