The NEXTDC P2 facility has been designed and built to deliver a level of data centre quality and engineering excellence that surpasses industry benchmarks. P2 is Perth’s only Uptime Tier IV certified,

completely fault tolerant data centre.

Axis Services Group WA were engaged by Multiplex to deliver a multiservice packaged solution for this fantastic project. The project consisted of highly sophisticated, mechanical services, hydraulic services and fuel services systems, which Axis designed and constructed to meet Uptime Tier IV certification.

The scope of work included incoming services, stormwater drainage and pumps, on-site detention tank, sewer drainage and pumps,  sanitary plumbing and associated fixtures, hot and cold water services and pumps, TMVs and associated monitoring systems, the supply and installation of chilled water pipework reticulation systems, condenser water pipework reticulation systems and refrigerant pipework reticulation systems.

The design, supply and installation of the diesel fuel pipework reticulation system and electrical control systems were also delivered.
