MEL07 is Microsoft’s third ‘hyperscale’ data centre in Melbourne, and Axis Services VIC are proud to have worked with Besix Watpac to deliver this high security project within project timeframes. The Garden Drive Microsoft Data Centre is being constructed on a brownfield industrial site close to Melbourne Airport and is a two-level data centre. This scope of works also includes site establishment for future phases, ancillary services and administration, and landscaping works

The hydraulic services package consisted of:

  • Inground fire service
  • Mechanical water system including plant & equipment
  • Stormwater
  • Potable cold & hot water systems
  • Non potable cold water system
  • Sanitary system including fixtures and tapware

BUDGET – $8.4 MILLION
