Axis Services VIC, working on behalf of John Holland, has undertaken the hydraulic services for the DEXUS Flinders Gate project in Melbourne. This project is a remarkable mixed-use development that comprises an A Grade office tower, a restored heritage building from 1899 (Ball & Welch) at 180 Flinders Street, and an adjoining refurbished eight-floor building at 189 Flinders Lane. The restoration works on the two buildings, along with the construction of six new floors on an existing structure and modifications to the car park, are notable aspects of this project.
