Melbourne Connect

Axis Services VIC, working on behalf of LendLease, was responsible for the hydraulic services on the Melbourne Connect project. The project involved the integration of new University of Melbourne office spaces, student accommodation, the University of Melbourne Science Gallery, fabrication spaces, and makerspaces. Additionally, a “superfloor” was created to provide common meeting and presentation spaces to promote collaboration and innovation in research, teaching, and learning.

Axis Services VIC completed the full design and construction of the hydraulic services for this project, which included the following:

Hot & Cold Water Systems
Recycled Water Systems
Sanitary Services
Gas Reticulation
Sanitary Fixtures

By providing these hydraulic services, Axis Services VIC played a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and reliable supply of water, waste management, gas distribution, and sanitation within the Melbourne Connect project.
