Overview
Turnkey medical gases and specialty gases contractor, delivering medical gas systems for health and hospital projects, and specialty gas systems for laboratories and other technical facilities. Every system is designed, installed, commissioned and certified to the highest safety standards.
In healthcare, we deliver medical gas reticulation across the full breadth of Australian hospital construction, from new builds and major redevelopments through to discrete ward refurbishments and upgrades within fully operational facilities. Working as a specialist subcontractor to head and principal contractors on both public and private health projects, we take responsibility for the complete scope: design support, installation, testing, commissioning and final certification to AS 2896 and the applicable healthcare standards.
Reticulated gas systems for oxygen, medical air, surgical (tool) air, nitrous oxide, carbon dioxide, medical vacuum and anaesthetic gas scavenging (AGSS). We coordinate with design consultants and the wider services trades to set out reticulation, size mains and resolve interfaces ahead of installation, then deliver against fixed outlet schedules and FFE requirements.
Full pre-commissioning and commissioning, including pressure and leak testing, cross-connection and anti-confusion verification, purity and particle testing, and flow and pressure-drop testing. We certify systems to AS 2896 and provide the complete compliance package: Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), test records, as-built documentation and operation and maintenance manuals, ready for clinical handover.
Gas source equipment, manifold systems and bulk supply, including vacuum insulated evaporators (VIEs), automatic manifolds, and medical air and vacuum plant. We install Area Valve Service Units (AVSUs), line pressure and plant alarms, and the monitoring required to keep clinical areas safe and continuously supplied.
Servicing, modification and expansion of live medical gas systems, planned and staged to protect continuity of supply in occupied healthcare environments. We manage isolations, staged shutdowns, infection control and access constraints so works proceed without disruption to clinical operations.
Design, installation, commissioning and certification of specialty gas reticulation and infrastructure for laboratories, research and other technical facilities, delivered with the same coordination, testing and compliance rigour as our medical gas work.
