Eilish Grundon

Victorian, Tasmania & Western Australia Service Manager

Eilish joined the Axis group in early 2016, as a part of the plumbing maintenance service team in Queensland as a 3rd year plumbing apprentice. After becoming a qualified tradesperson in 2018, Eilish was promoted to the State Supervisor of Western Australia, based in Perth early 2019.

Eilish has had several years’ experience in organisational management and leadership positions in the sport and recreational industry prior to undertaking her trade. Eilish has also completed her Certificate IV in Project Management and Certificate IV in Plumbing and Services. Eilish is passionate about continual personal growth and is currently studying a Bachelor of Business and Enterprise at Southern Cross University.

Eilish has been a pioneer for women in trade and works continuously to integrate this experience into her role at Axis in order to ensure the company is always progressing forward.
